Articulate announced that Frazier Miller has joined its executive leadership team as chief operating officer to manage business operations as well as define and execute business strategies.
With his deep and broad experience growing business units at consumer and enterprise software companies, Frazier will play a pivotal role in scaling Articulate’s operations and driving strategic initiatives.

He shepherded Bloomspot’s rapid growth and leadership in the local offers space and helped drive the company’s acquisition by JPMorgan Chase Bank.
