Gavisus partners with CrossKnowledge to provide Nordic leadership development programmes

Gavisus, the Nordic digital learning and talent development company, announces that it has entered a reseller partnership with CrossKnowledge. The partnership provides organisations in Norway, Sweden and Denmark with the technology to plan, design and deliver online leadership training. Gavisus will also be able to provide clients with more than 17,000 CrossKnowledge learning assets available in 16 languages.

"We're very excited about this new offering. There is increasing focus on developing leaders and managers. Leadership training can be one of the best investments a company makes. By adding CrossKnowledge to our current offerings, our clients gain access to a world-class training developed by practitioners and experts from the best business schools. This makes it easier to deliver learning that gives real, measurable results." says Sølve Johannessen, Managing Director of Gavisus Norway

The leadership and management courses cover general management knowledge or can be customised to the specific industry or company such as communication. The courses can be used on their own, as self-learning, to strengthen and improve results from seminars or workshops, or as part of a transformation programme. The courses are delivered through the client's existing web portals/learning management system, or through the CrossKnowledge Learning Suite.

"Creating great learning experiences takes so much more than great content - it's the entire process from planning, development, rollout, evaluation and learner marketing. Gavisus has expertise in each of these areas and they will work alongside companies to ensure that learners really change their behavior through learning. They will make learners aware, excited and committed to new learning. We are pleased to have them as a new partner and look forward to supporting Nordic businesses together." says Paul Morton, Director UK & Nordics, CrossKnowledge.

The CrossKnowledge suite is a cloud-based technological platform made up of exclusive applications dedicated to the deployment of your training strategies. It allows you to implement blended learning and social learning programmes, to develop distance learning content and skills assessment programmes… or to organise combinations of these different types of project.

It allows you to implement the following:
• blended learning projects using our Training Solutions technology;
• social learning projects using our Community Solutions technology;
• mentored learning projects using our Mentoring Solutions technology;
• professional e-learning content development using our Mohive authoring tool. … and to offer a new learning experience.

CrossKnowledge believes that such a platform must not be restricted to classroom and e-learning strategies, but must combine formal and informal learning (on-line dialogues, blogs, etc.), long-term learning paths and immediate training, and PC-based and mobile learning experiences, all built into a single Learning Portal.
