Meta4 recognized by Gartner in their “Magic Quadrant” and “Critical Capabilities” reports for Cloud HCM Suites for mid market and large enterprises*

- Meta4 evaluated in Gartner’s Critical Capabilities report for Cloud HCM suites for midmarket and large enterprises.

- Meta4 scored 3.71 out of 5 in the European-HQ’d Midmarket HCM Suite (1k-5k) use case for organizations headquartered in Europe with between 1,000 and 5,000 workers in multiple countries.

- For the Core HR+Talent HCM Suite, Larger Global Org (>5k) use case, organizations with more than 5,000 workers operating in multiple countries that desire an integrated solution for core HR and TM processes, Meta4 scored 3.54 out of 5.

- Meta4 is one of three European companies to be included in this Critical Capabilities study.

 

Meta4.a world-class leader for human capital management (HCM) is pleased to announce that Gartner, the leading global research and advisory firm for IT, has included Meta4 in their industry report on Critical Capabilities for Cloud HCM Suites for Midmarket and Large Enterprises, published in October.

We believe this recognition as a global cloud HCM solutions provider takes on even more significance as cloud HCM is here to stay and grow. Gartner in both reports states that: “By 2020, 30% of global midmarket and large enterprises will have invested in a cloud-deployed human capital management suite for administrative HR and talent management, but will still need to source 20% to 30% of their HCM requirements via point solutions.”.

Meta4 is proud to be one of three European vendors to be included in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant evaluation of global cloud HCM solutions. As companion research, the Critical Capabilities report is a purely product-focused evaluation and it is supplemented by an evaluation based on 4 use cases that companies may fit into depending on the nature of their business activities and goals.

In this report, Gartner recommends considering “the top vendors (three to five maximum) for your prioritized use case(s) as strong candidates for further review as part of a comprehensive evaluation and selection process.” Meta4 scored 3.71 out of 5 in the European-HQ’d Midmarket HCM Suite (1k-5k) which Gartner defines as “for organizations headquartered in Europe with between 1,000 and 5,000 workers in multiple countries that want one solution for core HR, talent and TM.” In the Core HR+Talent HCM Suite, Larger Global Org (>5k) use case which Gartner defines as, “for organizations with more than 5,000 workers operating in multiple countries that desire an integrated solution for core HR and TM processes, Meta4 scored 3.54 out of 5.”
